Chicken Jalapeno Burgers – Recipes for Weight Loss

Rooster Jalapeno Burgers for the gain. Lunch or meal for 2 is served! Consider this healthier spin on burgers for your subsequent bbq. Pair this recipe with my carrot fries!

Ingredients:

1/4 cup onion
1 clove garlic mashed
1/2 lb ground rooster breast
1/2 avocado
1 jalapeno seeded and diced
¼ cups chop Cilantro, Clean
1/2 teaspoon Cumin
1/2 teaspoon Paprika
1/2 teaspoon Pink Pepper Flakes

Directions:

Working with thoroughly clean fingers, blend with each other ground rooster, onion, cilantro, garlic, jalapeño, ground cumin, paprika, and red pepper flakes in a substantial bowl. Divide combination into patties. Grill over medium-substantial warmth and flip when bottom side of burger no more time sticks to the grill grates, about 6-8 minutes. Go on cooking till cooked all the way via. Prime finished patty with avocado.
